Our team is a vibrant collective of staff and volunteers all working together to achieve our aim of being a world-class arts and learning organisation. Our network of voluntary groups, working closely with our highly qualified staff team, allows us to combine high quality management, value for money and genuine community interaction and engagement. We believe that this innovative way of working allows us to employ meaningful partnerships with a wide variety of people with a very wide variety of skills, experience and interests.
We have a small staff team comprising 2 full time and 5 part time positions. Our staff are supported by around 70 volunteers including a highly experienced and committed voluntary board of directors -and you can find full details on our staff and board here.
Our affiliate groups are a key part of our programme management. Within this section you can find full details on all these groups and follow their blogs which will tell you all about the people involved and the work they do. Links to the groups blogs/pages are in the left sidebar.
